Ugur Ümit Üngör talks ICC's response to genocide, in interview by Mehr News International Service

Ugur Ümit Üngör, Amsterdam University professor and author of Genocide, talked to Mehr News International Service where he asserted that great powers had systematically evaded investigations by the International Criminal Court (ICC), and that only weak states would be subject to reprimand by the institution.

Üngör believes ICC’s lack of authority in fulfillment of its duties is due to lack of enough human resources and staffs in administrative body of this organization.
